Position: REO Agent

Looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to be a part of a specialized team within McLeod & Associates dedicated to promoting our Bulk REO division. Pay will be discussed upon interview. Requirements include great people/communication skills, marketing and independent/self starter thinking. Prospective REO Agent will be trained to understand the differences of the traditional model versus the bulk buy process. Non-licensed individuals may participate in our REO finder's program. Position: Loan Processor

Great opportunity to work directly as a processor/assistant for the president of McLeod & Associates. Job Duties: Initial responsibilities include processing loan files from start to finish, following up on all details of the transaction and assisting with administrative work.

Requirements: MUST have experience working for a mortgage broker Must be proficient with Calyx Point and DO & LP Significant experience interacting with clients Excellent computer skills including calyx point and excel Must be highly motivated to succeed Extremely detail oriented EXTREMELY NEAT AND ORGANIZED (THIS IS A MUST!!!) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to work with files from inception to completion


Position: Marketing Director

Be one of a few selected marketing directors at McLeod & Asscociates. Responsible for bringing in foot traffic, scheduling prospective client appointments for any of our services and putting together a strategic plan for general marketing. Director will be highly compensated, directly correlated to performance results.

Position: Land Banking Apprentice

Will be working directly under our Land Banking Director.

We are currently recruiting to fill in 2 vacancies in our land banking division. Must be a self starter and have the ability to market and invite prospective clients to our land meetings. This is a real estate niche not commonly understood by the average realtor.


Position: First Time Home Buyers Recruiter

Will be working directly under our First Time Home Buyer Director.

Responsible for implementing an educational program for renters in the area by a marketing our workshops to apartments and businesses. Recruiter will be compensated per client file. Should be licensed but will work out an apprentice program for highly motivated individuals who will work on getting a license.
