Who said being young in an industry that's known to eat its young would be at a disadvantage? Clearly, once you meet with Mia, you quickly realize her youthful appearance isn't a statement of how much knowledge she has. She is very competent on the subject matters of how to best finance certain real estate transactions and how to best provide her services to her clients who become life long patrons.
A graduate of Mass Communication at the University of California, Berkeley, Mia like anyone newly graduating from college started out with a dream. The difference however, is that she made it into a reality. As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. has said, "Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step." That first step has allowed Mia to take even larger strides in life and business.

As hectic as her work schedule may be, she is very active in the community, having been recently appointed as 2007-2008 Ambassador of Goodwill for the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, a testament of her outreach and personal growth beyond the confines of real estate.
Something very dear to her heart is her passion and focus on the youth, believing in the importance of mentoring future entrepreneurs. In June of 2005, Patrick received his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
